Binaural-Ambisonic 3D-Raumsimulationsmodell mit ortsvarianten Quellen - Klangszenen
Using the Binaural Sound Server ( in following text abbreviated as BSS ) developed at the IEM, various sound scenes are created in the virtual 3D environment. This work covers two topics. The first one, the sound design, is made for the scenes, and the timetable of the sound events is created. The second part is the implementation of the scenes in Max/MSP, a realtime multimedia graphical programing language. At the end, the integration within the BSS is needed. This is done in a following way: The sound streams are send to the audio channels of the BSS, while the information about the positions and timing of these sounds in the virtual 3D environment are send to the BSS via OSC protocol with its predefined syntax.
