Automatisierte Erfassung von Lärm- und Wetterparametern

Hermann Freiberger

This work describes the development of a measuring system, for data acquisition and representation of acoustic and meteorological data. The minimal system requirements are: a IBM-compatible PC (80486 CPU, 50 MHz and 16 MB of RAM), a mulitfunctional board (National Instruments, AT-Mio-16E10), a sound pressure level meter (Brüel & Kjaer, Typ 2218) and a meteorological measuring station (Schiltknecht, Typ f.566.2.28; measuring instruments for wind speed and wind direction, rain, air temperature und humidity). The software is implemented in LabView (Version 3.1.1, National Instrumentes).

Features:
- Recording of the A-weighted sound pressure level with 10 Hz (0.1s Leq)
- Recording of the meteorological data in selectable sampling periods between two seconds and one hour
- Possibility to program 10 measurement intervals
- Creating of a measurement protocol
- Graphical representation of sound pressure levels with variable time scales
- Representation of sound pressure data and meteorological data in table form editable with MS-Excel
- A built-in Sound-Editor
- Audiorecording (sampling rate: 8 kHz) of the most prominent sound events
- Pretrigger for audio recordings
