Improved Phase Vocoder based on new PhaseLocking ans Transient Processing Techniques

This project paper deals with a real-time phasevocoder time-scaling application. The demands of this project were to write a programm for a professional application without any audible artefacts within time-scaling ranges of 80 - 120 %. These demands were fullfilled by using phase locking and transient detection and processing techniques. The real-time implementation was done in C/C++.
