Messung von Außenohrübertragungs-funktionen und direktionalen Raumimpulsantworten als Basis der Auralisation realer Räume
The free-field HRTF's of the binaural microphone arrangement "Source" are measured depending on the angle
of sound incidence. By applying absorbing materials the transfer function for the front direction should be
optimized. Furthermore, the room impulse response of the 24 loudpeakers in the CUBE (recording- and listening
room at the Institute of Electronic Music and Acoustics) are aquired with the Source.
For each of the 24 loudspeakers a reflectogram is derived by means of beamforming techniques or wave field
synthesis decomposition on the basis of existing microphone-array measurements. Afterwards those reflectograms
are manipulated with the free-field HRTF's what should result in the original room impulse responses.
Equivalence and differences are demonstrated with audio examples.
